As the former Technical and Engineering Manager for Globeleq Tanzania Company Limited (Songas), Mary has a proven track record in ensuring optimal equipment operation, leading comprehensive predictive maintenance programs, conducting thorough root cause analyses to minimize recurring issues, and analyzing plant data to enhance power output and heat rate.
